It’s finally here…after months of work and preparation I’m so excited to share my very first lookbook styled shoot. I had a vision for this lookbook where it embraces the beauty of a woman who exudes simplicity, chicness, elegance and a sprinkle of sexiness. Now call me crazy (at least I think I am. lol), I did end up going the long mile and did the wardrobe styling, make-up and hair..all while directing at the same time. The whole sha-bang! 🙈🤣 Not sure where I got all the energy for it but I’m so glad I went for it! It was so much fun! I couldn’t have done this without my dream team: My sweetheart Michael, my beautiful models Lauren and Moriah + their momagers and my talented florist friend Ann from Fleur D’Elegance. She totally nailed it with what I had envisioned! 🙂 Can’t wait to share more later down the road.

Fun facts! I grew up loving make-up and fashion and watching my mother get dolled up. I loved every moment. After graduating from college, my love for make-up and fashion grew into this huge hobby. While I was still a fresh graduate from college and the waiting game to find the perfect first corporate job was still in the works…I took a chance and designed a DIY fashion lookbook for a job interview and landed a fashion stylist position with a well known clothing brand. Thinking back at it now, I learned a whole lot during that experience and realized how valuable those skillsets would later present itself in the future.

Now back to the make-up. I was completely hooked. I’m talking… oh-my-goodness-how-many-eye-shadow-palettes-do-I-have-now… or the oh-I-need-to-try-this-foundation and lastly….do-I-really-need-this-lipstick-shade-*ponders the thought for a good 2 minutes..swatches the color*…yes-I-need-this-lipstick! lol. 😅 It was my go-to fun outlet! To maintain this love interest, I enrolled into make-up courses in Los Angeles all Summer long and came out refreshed and ready to get creative. Never would I have imagined playing with make-up since I was a little girl to becoming a fashion stylist after college to the present day now … I’d figure out a way to be able to incorporate it into my passion for creating and doing photography. I find it the perfect blend.

If I could describe this lookbook photoshoot, it would be: Stunning, Dreamy, Whimsical, Gorgeous
